On April 13, 2023, the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors (the “Audit Committee”) of LifeVantage Corporation (the “Company”) engaged Deloitte & Touch LLP (“Deloitte”) as the Company’s new independent registered public accounting firm, effective immediately. During the Company’s two most recent fiscal years, fiscal years ending June 30, 2022 and June 30, 2021, and the subsequent interim period through the filing of this Form 8-K, neither the Company nor anyone acting on its behalf has consulted with Deloitte regarding (1) the application of accounting principles to a specific transaction, either completed or proposed, or the type of audit opinion that might be rendered on the Company’s financial statements, (2) any matter that was the subject of a disagreement within the meaning of Item 304(a)(1)(iv) of Regulation S-K, or (3) any reportable event within the meaning of Item 304(a)(1)(v) of Regulation S-K.
