Management Team

Terrence Moorehead was appointed Chief Executive Officer of LiveVantage in August 2026. Mr. Moorehead brings more than 25 years of leadership experience revitalizing brands, accelerating customer growth, and delivering sustained financial performance in the direct selling and consumer products industries. Mr. Moorehead most recently served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Nature’s Sunshine Products, Inc. from 2018 through 2025, where he led the company through a multi-year business transformation. Prior to Nature’s Sunshine, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Carlisle Etcetera LLC from 2015 through 2018 and Chief Executive Officer of Dana Beauty, Inc. from 2013 through 2015. Before that, Mr. Moorehead spent more than 20 years with Avon Products, Inc., serving in leadership positions of increasing responsibility, including Vice President, Strategy and Digital for North America, General Manager of Avon Italy, President of Avon Canada, and Chairman and President of Avon Japan.

Carl Aure was appointed Chief Financial Officer of LiveVantage in October 2021. Mr. Aure has over 24 years of finance and accounting experience along with more than 15 years in the direct selling industry. Mr. Aure was most recently the Chief Accounting Officer for New Age, Inc., a social selling company with over 1,100 employees and operations in over 50 international markets. He joined New Age in 2018 as Senior Vice President, Corporate Controller, following the acquisition of Morinda Holdings, Inc., where he held finance and accounting roles of progressive responsibility from 2005 to 2018. Prior to Morinda, Mr. Aure spent eight years at KPMG, LLP, most recently as Senior Manager. Mr. Aure is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Master of Professional Accountancy from the University of Utah.

Kristen Cunningham has been our Chief Sales Officer since June 2022, following her tenure as Interim Chief Sales Officer and various leadership roles within our sales organization since November 2020. Before joining our company, Ms. Cunningham served as Director of Business Development and held other sales leadership positions at Shaklee Corporation, a direct selling manufacturer and distributor of natural supplements and beauty and household products, from August 2011 to October 2020. From 2006 to 2011, she worked in various roles in Distributor Support and Sales at NuSkin Enterprises, a direct selling beauty and wellness company. Ms. Cunningham holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and Media Studies from Brigham Young University.

Michelle Oborn has been serving as our Chief People Officer since August 2022. She has been a pivotal leader in our human resources department since 2009 and also directs LifeVantage Legacy, our non-profit organization. Before joining our company, Ms. Oborn was the Human Resources Manager at Zrii International, a direct selling wellness company. From 2005 to 2008, she worked as a litigation and employment paralegal at Wrona Law Offices. In 2003, Ms. Oborn interned at the Supreme Court of the United States, where she was honored with the Rocco C. Siciliano Intern of the Year award. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from the University of Utah.
